Creating Keepsakes - Home of the "Scrapbook Hall of Fame" this magazine has the latest tips and techniques, as well as informative articles on journaling.
Memory Makers - A free issue is available here, and also an idea archive, online discussion panel, and valuable links.
Simple Scrapbooks - You can browse the current issue here, or subscribe to a magazine with a vast amount of information for the beginner or experienced scrapbooker.
Paper Crafts - A great resource for ideas on scrapbooking and card making.
PaperKuts - This magazine features lots of design ideas, and features seasonal and holiday themes as well.

Paper Kuts - PK Power Book of Tips & Techniques - A nice book featuring hundreds of layout ideas. Put together by a design team from PaperKuts magazine.
Making Memories - Beyond Metal - This book gives lots of advice on the use of metal embellishments for your scrapbook.
Deluxe Designs - Deluxe Color Blocking Idea Book - A great source of ideas for color blocking, as well as tags, templates and much more.
Pine Cone Press - Monochromatic Scrapbook Pages - A book which shows you how to look creative using a monochrome color scheme.
ScrapWorks - Scrapworking 1- An excellent resource for beginners, showcasing a wide variety of uncomplicated themes and designs.
Deluxe Designs - Tagging Along - Hundreds of ideas and pictures of tag designs. A must if you are into tagging!
